There are 3 ways to use foliofindr to increase your source great deals.

1- Search by keyword: if you already know the type of site you are looking for. Head over to the keyword search and input the keyword, choose the number of synonyms to be generated from that keyword and the number of google results to extract from the keyword + each synonym
2- Search by website: If you are looking to buy a site similar to another, go to the website-search page, input the url of the website you are interested in “copying” (most of the times, this will be your website), and search.
3- Browse: If you don’t have any particular focus, go to the browse page and have a look around our database of 10 000+ websites. Filter by referring domains, traffic, and last update date.

Our data indicates that about 8 to 10% of websites haven’t been updated in more than 6 months.
This means that from every search yielding 100 results, you will get on average 8 to 10 leads on abandoned sites.
Depending on your outreach method, we’ve seen conversion rates on leads from 1 to 10%, which means that you should be able to source 1 to 10 deals from 1000 search results. Given that each search can yield up to 250 results, and a basic subscription allows for 10 monthly searches, you should be able to source anywhere from 2 to 25 deals per month using foliofindr.

Currently it takes about 1 second per result, with the average search showing 100 results, it takes about 1 and a half minutes per search. We’re working on speeding up the app and should get to 0.5 seconds per result in the near future.
